Our second event was held on March 19th at Slightly Toasted in downtown Chicago—our first time hosting in the city to help diversify the crowd and expand our outreach.

It was a packed house, sold out with a waiting list, and we were thrilled to see a ton of new faces, including many who made the trip in from the suburbs just for the event.

We welcomed Nobletons Distilling for a deep dive into their grain-to-glass process, with master distiller Demetrius joining us in person to share their story and techniques. The night was such a hit that we partnered with Slightly Toasted to select a Nobletons barrel of our own, which is coming soon.
