Our first-ever event was held on February 18th at Subourbon in the Chicago suburbs, and it was a full house—sold out with a waiting list.
We featured three rare Dettling single barrels, hosted a live Zoom tasting with Seth Dettling, and welcomed special guests from South Korea-based Lost and Found Bourbon Bar and Brown Water Basement. It was the perfect kickoff to what we hope will be many more unforgettable nights celebrating the best of craft whiskey.
